Job Description:

Hexabyte Libya seeks an office manager that will:
Be the key point of contact regarding office management issues and will also be able to manage a team and provide cover when needed.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensuring the diaries and offices of the Chief Executive/sales manager are run efficiently and effectively
- Screening telephone calls, emails and handling enquiries, keeping filing up to date, dealing with post
-Preparing and drafting correspondence and other documents to strict deadlines
-Online diary management (call & meeting schedule) and providing updates of changes and priorities
- Organizing company staff and client events
- General office management - key point of contact for staff regarding office issues

Job Requirements:

Ideally you will be degree educated with strong PA skills and experience of working at director level demonstrating a high level of confidentiality. You will also have previous experience working as an office manager.
